Job Title: HR assistant (Voice + chat support Job)
Location: Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: – 1+ year
- 2 rotational week offs
- Shift will end daily around 8:30 PM
- English & Hindi should be fluent & secondary language have to any 2 out of Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, assisting in recruitment activities, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination across departments. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Handle HR documentation, employee records, and database management.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Provide support in payroll coordination and leave management.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Mandatory Skills:
- Languages:
- Hindi & English (mandatory)
- Any 2 languages from the following: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
