:
  • Post job advertisement, screen applications, schedule job interviews, conduct interviews and follow through the recruitment process;
  • Prepare employment documents, collect required employee information and ensure smooth onboarding process;
  • Handle visa, qualification assessment and teacher registration applications;
  • Payroll processing on HR System;
  • Enroll and follow the employees C&B programs;
  • Organize, coordinate and support staff orientation, development and leisure programs;
  • Reception duties on an ad-hoc basis;
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties/ project as assigned.

  • Job Requirement:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • With 1-3 years experiences in Human Resources;
  • Fresh graduates with major in HR are also welcome;
  • All round with experiences on payroll processing on HRIS would be advantageous;
