Post job advertisement, screen applications, schedule job interviews, conduct interviews and follow through the recruitment process; Prepare employment documents, collect required employee information and ensure smooth onboarding process; Handle visa, qualification assessment and teacher registration applications; Payroll processing on HR System; Enroll and follow the employees C&B programs; Organize, coordinate and support staff orientation, development and leisure programs; Reception duties on an ad-hoc basis; Assist in ad-hoc duties/ project as assigned.
