About the Role
MyData Insights is looking for proactive and people-oriented HR Interns who are keen to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and screening
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain HR databases and trackers
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA students specializing in Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude with high ownership
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Availability for the complete 6-month internship
