About the Role

MyData Insights is looking for proactive and people-oriented HR Interns who are keen to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and screening
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain HR databases and trackers
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation

Eligibility Criteria

  • MBA students specializing in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude with high ownership
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Availability for the complete 6-month internship
