About the Role

This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement, with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and screening
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain HR databases and trackers
Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Assist with HR reporting and compliance documentation
Eligibility Criteria
MBA students specializing in Human Resources
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude with high ownership
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Availability for the complete 6-month internship
