Job Description

The HR Assistant is integral to ensuring seamless and compliant HR operations across CDR Health. This role supports all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, HR Compliance recordkeeping and audit functions, with a customer service approach to business unit leaders and employee relations. Acting as a key liaison between hiring managers and applicants, the HR Assistant facilitates the hiring process and ensures smooth transitions for new hires. Additionally, this role provides comprehensive support to the HR team and continues to develop expertise across all areas of Human Resources.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Ensure documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with established HR processes and procedures from new hire to termination.
