Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide end-to-end recruitment support in a fully remote working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of Human Resources support including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding arrangements, and employee lifecycle management;
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications;
  • Handle onboarding processes including documentation preparation and orientation arrangements;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and leave records;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
