Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, assisting with employee records, recruitment activities, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, orientation materials, exit documentation)
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy acknowledgements
