Your missions

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes to foster team engagement and well-being
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling qualification meetings and managing candidate databases
  • Collaborate on onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new team members
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Support training and development initiatives to empower team growth
  • Coordinate internal communications to promote transparency and engagement
  • Provide first-level support to team queries and escalate as necessary
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at optimizing organizational performance
