Your missions
- Support the implementation of HR policies and processes to foster team engagement and well-being
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling qualification meetings and managing candidate databases
- Collaborate on onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new team members
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support training and development initiatives to empower team growth
- Coordinate internal communications to promote transparency and engagement
- Provide first-level support to team queries and escalate as necessary
