Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage corporate benefits and related procedures (enrollments, leaves, subsidies, bereavements), ensuring regulatory compliance and accessibility for employees.
  • Handle social cases and provide comprehensive support to employees and their immediate family members.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute activities, events, and internal communication strategies that promote integration, workplace climate, and well-being (commemorative dates, celebrations, training sessions, etc.).
  • Manage logistics, quotations, and corporate benefits related to these initiatives.
  • Keep employee records and databases up to date (contracts, renewals, attendance control, vacations, leaves).
  • Support the preparation of reports and metrics related to personnel management.
  • Provide follow-up on onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
