Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
- Maintain employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
