Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
  • Maintain employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
