Karo Trip Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Assistant with 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations, along with direct mentoring from senior HR professionals in a structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
Support HR operations such as employee documentation, records management, and HR process support
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements and interview scheduling
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR-related data
Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities as required
Role Split
60% End-to-End Recruitment
40% HR Operations
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (mandatory)
Strong interest in building a career in HR
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates currently based in Mumbai
Work Details
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Open for discussion, based on experience
