We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management—helping ensure a smooth and positive employee experience from first contact to full integration. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including administering assessments, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the HR database.
  • Coordinate with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and actively participate in local recruitment initiatives.
  • Liaise with universities and colleges to organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events.
