About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support the HR team and contribute to the organization’s continued growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing information on HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with departments to collect, update, and maintain accurate employee records among others.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives, such as but not limited to training and development
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Performing other tasks as required from time to time
