Human Resources Assistant

NexGen Media is a fast-growing creator-led media and digital business. We're looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support hiring, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-first, and can execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups

• Maintain candidate and employee records (HR tracker, documentation, data hygiene)
