This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The role involves supporting HR operations, maintaining HR information systems, managing employee benefits, and assisting with training and development programs. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR tasks and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related technologies
- Experience with Benefits Administration and understanding of benefits programs
- Ability to assist with employee Training and Development initiatives
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
