Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Provide full support in handling and coordinating routine HR functions

  • Handle payroll calculation and MPF administration

  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review

  • Assist in ad hoc projects involved in recruitment, C&B and employee activities

  • Participate in various annual HR process - salary review, performance appraisal, etc.

  • Assist on other HR related projects / duties as assigned



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5Β or above

  • 1-2 years hands on experience in HR will be preferred

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations

  • Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, adaptive to changes, mature and willing to learn
