About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Talent Acquisition with 3+ years of proven recruitment as well as Operations experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk and niche hiring , Attendance , Payroll Management while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and should be able to use Keka software . Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database management.
• Conduct pre-screening HR interviews to assess fitment and salary expectations.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and repetitive roles.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Share weekly recruitment reports and maintain proper documentation & recruitment tracker.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (IT or Non-IT hiring).
• Strong experience in bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.
• Proficient in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Preference will be given to candidates available to join within 0–15 days.
• Should have hands-on experience in Keka software, attendance , payroll management.
