HR Strategic Partner

The HR Business Partner role is a critical function within an organization, serving as the primary strategic partner and single point of contact for associates and leaders.

  • Ensure effective communication, policy compliance, and strong associate engagement across the department/floor/unit. Fostering a positive and high-performance work environment is key to success in this role.
  1. Associate Support & Relationship Management:
    •   Act as the primary HR contact for associates addressing all HR-related requirements concerns inquiries ensuring fair timely compliant resolution. 
    •   Provide continuous proactive support to enhance engagement motivation retention act as facilitator resolving grievances ensuring sound judgment professionalism discretion.
