About the Role
Ashapura Agro Comm is looking for a proactive People Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role is purely HR-focused and covers the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. The incumbent will ensure smooth people processes, legal compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.e
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and onboarding processes.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Life Cycle Management
Manage the complete employee life cycle from hiring to exit.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and exit documentation.
