- Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee details, performance reviews, and compliance documents.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in global HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including benefits administration and leave management.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
