Qualifications:
- Can Start ASAP only
- 2 years’ experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation (HR change management which particularly entails training, working on videos and images for announcements and good presentation skills.)
- Proficient in change management concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Expertise in preparing communication materials (e.g., art cards, visual content)
- Strong graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, MS PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite
