Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support the delivery of initiatives focused on Talent, Leadership, Culture, and DE&I within the embedded HR Team for GSK Australia and New Zealand.
• Work within a team of two at the Abbotsford head office and collaborate with the regional HR team, managers, and employees across GSK.
• Support the Thriving People Leaders annual program schedule, including forums and Leader Labs.
• Manage projects related to the Culture action plan, including culture assurance assessment, manager One80, and engagement survey actions.
• Manage the emerging talent program projects.
• Manage “employer of choice” accreditation processes.
