Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns and HR-related questions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team, including data management and Return-to-Work Order (RTWO) tracking.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting onsite employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure HR processes are completed efficiently.
  • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR processes and activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
