Job Description
Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns and HR-related questions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team, including data management and Return-to-Work Order (RTWO) tracking.
- Assist in organizing and supporting onsite employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure HR processes are completed efficiently.
- Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR processes and activities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
