Job Role - HR Business Analyst – Compensation & Benefits
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 1–3 years (post-MBA)
Qualification (Mandatory)- Full-time MBA in HR / Analytics / Operations from a reputed institute
Role Objective
The HR Business Analyst – C&B will support data-driven HR decision-making by managing HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and compensation & benefits analysis. The role will closely work with HR leadership to improve people productivity, cost optimization, and policy effectiveness at Antara Senior Care.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & HR Dashboards (Core Focus)
- Perform end-to-end HR data analysis to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
- Design, manage, and continuously enhance HR dashboards for multiple HR functions, including:
- Recruitment (TAT, cost per hire, funnel metrics)
- Workforce & Headcount (HC movement, productivity, manpower cost)
