Position Purpose
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Capital and Outreach, the HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to all internal clients (managers and employees), contributing significantly to achieving business objectives while strengthening HR expertise across the organization. The HRBP serves as an agent of change and influence and acts as an ambassador of the organizational culture.
Responsibilities- Provide both operational and strategic support to internal clients in all HR service activities: talent acquisition, performance management, training, workforce planning, labor relations, change management, and organizational development.
