About the role

As an HR Business Partner at TeamViewer, you will play a strategic role in supporting our business leaders across the APAC region. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping HR strategies that drive business performance, enhance employee experience, and foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to business leaders across APAC, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and TeamViewer’s values across multiple countries
• Support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development, for APAC teams
