About the Role:

As our HRBP - EBO, you will be the strategic thought partner for our EBO business leaders, dedicated to cultivating an exceptional employee experience and driving performance within our exclusive retail spaces. You‘ll be instrumental in ensuring our EBOs are staffed with top talent, delivering unparalleled customer service, and contributing directly to our brand‘s success across India.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR, from collaborating with TA team for talent acquisition and development specifically for EBO roles, to implementing robust performance management systems, ensuring meticulous payroll accuracy, and fostering an engaging, high-performance culture.
