Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support and lead HR initiatives across 100 people each across 2–3 client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core HR functions within the IT industry, including Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Operations - Onboarding, Leave/Attendance Management, and HR Documentation & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive Performance Management lifecycle, goal setting & reviews
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives and capability building
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle & HR documentation
- Execute employee engagement strategies, culture & retention initiatives by leveraging technology
