Job Description

We are working with a leading accommodation provider that is entering a period of significant transition, driven by new projects and organisational change across the business. As a result, they are looking to bring in an experienced HR Business Partner to support the organisation through this exciting and complex phase.

This is an interim opportunity for an initial period of at least six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent, although this cannot be guaranteed at this stage.

The Role

This role will operate as a true HR Business Partner, working closely with senior leaders and operational managers to provide hands-on, pragmatic HR support. The focus will be heavily weighted towards employee relations.

Please note: This role requires site travel so the ability to drive / have a car is a must.
