NOW CFO is assisting their client with finding a direct‑hire full‑time HRBP to join their team on a permanent basis. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting people strategy, performance, and culture. This role partners closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals while helping drive employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.
