The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring effective application of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role is focused on operational HR activities, including employee relations, attendance and case management, performance follow-up, onboarding, training coordination, and support for staffing needs. The HRBP collaborates closely with supervisors and team leads to address employee concerns, solve operational issues, and maintain a productive and compliant workplace environment.
