Job Description
Role Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business goals to drive organizational performance. The HRBP will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support including talent management, performance development, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR input to support organizational success.
Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
