About The Role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Shared Services teams, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner. You will guide leaders and employees through employee relations, investigations, leadership and employee development, and change management. Building key relationships with the Corporate team, you’ll provide coaching, advice, and innovative HR solutions to achieve business objectives.

Role Requirements

  • Confident in HR abilities and comfortable liaising with stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Proactive approach and ownership mentality, willing to support both administrative tasks and complex initiatives.
