About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager / HRBP Manager. This is a generalist role with a focus on Talent Acquisition. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by leading hiring initiatives while also supporting other HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentLead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple functions and levels.Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define job requirements.Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and expectations.
HR Business Partner / Generalist DutiesPartner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support on performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.Assist in developing HR policies, processes, and programs that enhance the employee experience.Support learning and development initiatives and internal talent mobility programs.Handle HR operations including employee records, compliance, and reporting.Provide guidance on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace issues.
HR Projects & Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and tools.Lead or support HR projects as required to drive organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to both generalist HR and talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing, and hiring best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in HR systems and reporting is a plus.Fluency in English and Finnish preferredStrong understanding of local employment regulations and best practices
