About the Role


We’re looking for a HR Business Partner who goes beyond closing roles and truly partners with business leaders to build strong, scalable teams. This role will work closely with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy, improve quality of hires, and deliver a great candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand team goals, challenges, and workforce needs
  • Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies
  • Act as a coach to managers on people decisions, team effectiveness, and leadership capability


Talent & Performance Management

  • Drive performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
  • Support managers in identifying high performers, successors, and critical talent
