Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Induction for new joiners about the company.
- Welcome and joining formalities to the new joiners with required information and update the database.
- Organizing Team buildings & Employee engagement activities.
- Assisting in preparation of employee invitation letters for any overseas travel.
- Assess Initiate Plan Discuss and Organize regular training programs as per requirement to SG IN employees.
- Handling Vendor Management (Recruitment Vendors)
- Handling Contract Management of on-roll and off-roll employees.
- Handling Medical Insurance policy of Sungrow India.
- Attendance and leaves management.
- Meeting the expectations in day-to-day activities as per HR Standard process.
- Addressing employee queries.
