Job Description

The HR Manager for the Jaipur Operations unit will establish and manage the HR function for the new setup. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, smooth onboarding, employee policy guidance, and engagement initiatives to build a strong workplace culture from inception. The role requires a hands-on HR professional capable of independently managing all HR processes locally while collaborating closely with HO HR teams.

•Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Jaipur location across operations roles.

•Understand manpower requirements, create job descriptions, and align with hiring managers.
