Human Resources Business Partner - Agency.
5 to 8 years of experience in the HR field
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
•Handles employee engagement activities for the sales force in the agency channel.
•Analyses performance and aids in improvement of performance through HR interventions.
•Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes.
•Manages complex and difficult HR Projects.
•Ensures HR Compliance and Grievance Management.
•Builds a strong business relationship with the field.
•Plan and schedule monthly employee engagement activities across region.
•Visit branches monthly to connect with employees understand their concerns and provide support.
•Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
•Drives recruitment for assigned business channels within the prescribed timelines.
