Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and elevate our HR function. Reporting directly to the CEO, the HRBP will ensure that all facets of HR( recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and learning &development) are fully implemented, respected, and aligned with business goals. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to all Business Unit Managers, driving the efficiency, consistency, and impact of HR policies and practices across the organization.
