Job Description
Implement HR Business Partner plans and programs to provide ongoing support all HR aspects
across the assigned business as well as the implementation of policies, procedures and programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager in the development of a local HR strategy, fully aligned with Global and Regional HR guidelines, as well as with Mexico’s General Management framework.
- Implement the HR division's local strategy established by the Human resources Manager, analyzing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) in order to achieve the established goals.
- Propose initiatives to the Human Resources Manager to improve the area’s results.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information flow across the organization.
