Support managers and their teams in talent mobilization, development, succession planning, and the integration of new employees. Lead strategic HR projects and measure their real impact on performance and organizational culture. Support managers during periods of change, providing advice and solutions to resolve complex situations. Manage labor relations and collaborate with union representatives to maintain a harmonious professional environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes, staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
