Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our U. S.-based workforce. This role will act as a single point of contact for employees, drive HR operations, manage employee relations, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations during U. S. business hours.
The ideal candidate can come from a BPO or operations-driven environment, be comfortable working in night shifts, and have strong hands-on HR execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR SPOC for employees in the U. S. time zone
- Manage and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and queries effectively
- Coordinate with and manage the travel desk, including employee travel requirements
- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce needs and people initiatives
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Support onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle management
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and trackers
- Liaise with internal HR teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4–7 years in HRBP / HR Operations roles
- Background: BPO, shared services, or operations-heavy environments preferred
- Strong understanding of employee relations and grievance handling
- Experience managing or coordinating with a travel desk
- Proven exposure to employee engagement activities
- Comfortable working night shifts and supporting U. S.-based stakeholders
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
