Roles & Responsibilities-

👉🏻 Exit Formalities (Have they ever completed exit formalities)

👉🏻 Induction (have they give or shown an indication before)

👉🏻 Compliance (They should be aware about compliance)

👉🏻 Grievance (They should be aware about grievance)

👉🏻 Posh Policies (Prevention of sexual harassment - Have they handled such cases before)

👉🏻 Employee Engagement activities (Eg - Fun Friday, Game, sports etc... )

👉🏻 24/7 for international / Day shift for domestic

👉🏻 Salary - Upto 5lpa

👉🏻 Domestic - 6 Days Working (1 Rotational week offs

👉🏻 International - 5 Days Working (2 Rotational week offs)

👉🏻 Immediate joiner can be considered
