Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive people initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and people initiatives
- Manage recruitment planning, onboarding, and talent retention
- Drive performance management and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure statutory compliance and smooth HR operations
- Support culture building, change management, and DEI initiatives
