Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Business Partner
to support and lead HR initiatives across 100 people each across 2–3 client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core HR functions within the IT industry, including Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Operations - Onboarding, Leave/Attendance Management, and HR Documentation & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Drive Performance Management lifecycle, goal setting & reviews
Lead Learning & Development initiatives and capability building
Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle & HR documentation
Execute employee engagement strategies, culture & retention initiatives by leveraging technology
Have regular touchpoints with every employee to ensure their well-being
Oversee leave management, HRMS data and compliance
Act as HR advisor for stakeholders across mul...
