Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to understand the business goals, challenges, and strategies.
- Understand best practices / policies in the industry and their impact on business.
- Assist with change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
- Lead the annual manpower planning process by collaborating with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower needs & closure of the number for the financial year.
- Partner with SME for effective HR service delivery
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports on employee trends, attrition, and other key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to propose HR strategies and effective decision-making.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR
- 10+ years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
