Job Description
We are a boutique HR consulting agency supporting small and growing businesses across their full employee lifecycle and people strategy. For our clients, we are their internal HR function, which means no two days are the same, and solutions need to be practical, commercial and grounded in real-world business constraints.
This role will suit someone who has worked closely with business owners or senior leaders in a small-business environment and is comfortable owning HR end to end, from contracts and onboarding through to performance management, employee issues and policy development.
You'll be trusted to think, act and advise like an internal HR partner, while working across multiple client environments.
