Position Objective:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support the South Western Ontario Region across the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition through onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and offboarding. This position administers and oversees effective, efficient recruitment and selection processes for Sensity, while serving as a key point of contact for employees on all HR-related matters.
