Overview
Job Purpose: The HR Business Partner, Employee Relations ensures that employees within the organization understand the company policies and procedures. This role is responsible for planning and organizing programs that support and enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sr. HR Manager, serves as designated expert on the interpretation of human resources policies and labor laws for the Philippines and in administering projects for career development and commendations.
- Lead the development programs and foster the company’s culture ensuring all initiatives/activities are promoted and delivered.
- Facilitates disciplinary actions and case investigations including but not limited to notices issuance and serving of penalties to concerned employees with the assistance of immediate superior.
